    Z-Span Beater
Description
The Z-Span Beater is a low consistency "mixer" that stabilized the fiber form of the pulp by hydrating the fiber to make it straighten out by swelling. While the drainage drop is minimal, the fiber form is stabilized with in 5 minutes of placing the beater jug into the beater assembly. Up to 4 grams, oven dried equivalent, can be processed each time.

Fiber form is stabilized quickly and with little sample preparation thereby maximizing repeatability and minimizing training and maintenance requirements.
