Specifications
Baseline Testing: Pulmac will test 12 pulp samples per week for Z-Span numbers to provide a profile of the Mill's normal data patterns. Testing will begin upon receipt of a purchase order and will continue for 6 consecutive weeks.
Space and Services Consultation: Pulmac will work with the customer to identify appropriate space for placing the system and an appropriate layout for the services.
In-Mill System Manager Training: Pulmac will provide in-mill training with an emphasis on operations and maintenance of the Z-Span 4000 System. A designated System Manager will have the training needed to supervice credible Z-Span number generation. The System Manager will receive a training workbook and assistance in customizing the in-mill training program.
In-Mill Support: A factory trained representative of Pulmac will be on site to support:
The commissioning of the Z-Span 4000 System
The designated System Manager to train operators
The training of the designated E & I maintenance personnel based upon written documentation, including a service manual
